Planned cancellation experience
Members will be able to stop future renewal from Account without losing free Community access. Paid Signal access will normally continue until the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
Gifts
Stopping the giver’s own membership will not cancel a separately paid gift. A completed gift binds to the recipient and cannot be transferred to another member.
Refund decisions
The final refund and withdrawal policy, responsible business identity and support route will be published before payments are enabled. AEGIS will not silently invent a policy after a customer pays.
