Information used

  • Verified account identity and email for access and recovery.
  • A public Community username and display name chosen by you.
  • Membership, trial, coupon, gift and entitlement records.
  • Forum messages, mentions, reports and moderation decisions.
  • Consent-based, privacy-minimised visit and product-usage records.
  • Keyed phone, device and network risk subjects used to prevent repeated free-trial abuse.

Information AEGIS does not store

  • Your broker password, broker recovery code or trading-account balance.
  • Raw mobile numbers for trial matching.
  • Raw IP addresses in the trial-abuse ledger.
  • Chat contents inside valuation analytics.

Retention and access

Routine forum content is designed for 90-day retention. Security evidence uses limited retention unless an open review or confirmed ban requires preservation. Administrative access is permission-controlled and audited.

Your choices

Optional analytics requires consent and respects supported privacy signals. Public launch will include a verified route for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and complaint requests.
