The service
ProofTicker provides educational market information, member Signal cards and a registered-member Community. It does not guarantee outcomes, hold customer funds, execute orders or manage a broker account.
Signal-access eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to start a Signal trial or purchase Signal access. You must also accept the current Terms and Risk Disclosure before access begins. Free Community membership remains separate from Signal access.
Membership, price and renewal
Monthly Signal access costs $29.99 USD and renews every month until cancelled. Three-month Signal access costs $79.99 USD upfront and renews every 3 months until cancelled. Six-month Signal access costs $149.99 USD upfront and renews every 6 months until cancelled. Annual Signal access costs $239.88 USD and renews every 12 months until cancelled. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment.
Cancel renewal at any time from Account. Cancellation stops the next recurring charge; paid Signal access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for unless a refund or mandatory legal right ends it earlier.
Free trial
One eligible verified account may deliberately start one seven-day Signal trial. The trial does not automatically create a paid subscription or charge a payment method. A paid plan starts only when you separately choose one and complete Stripe Checkout.
14-day full-refund policy
Request a full refund of your first subscription payment or any renewal within 14 days after that charge by emailing support@proofticker.com. A full refund ends the associated paid Signal access after the payment provider confirms it. Refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time can vary.
This voluntary policy does not exclude or reduce any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies to you.
Paid gifts
A paid gift is a one-time 30-day or 365-day Signal-access purchase and does not renew. If the named recipient is no longer eligible when payment is verified, the system initiates a refund instead of granting access. For any other gift issue, contact support; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Accounts
Each person may hold one active member account. Do not share access, impersonate another person, cycle accounts for repeated trials or evade a moderation decision.
Community conduct
Do not post scams, harassment, unlawful content, private contact details, broker credentials or instructions designed to manipulate other members. Rooms may be switched off while messages and audit history are preserved.
Signals and decisions
You remain responsible for deciding whether to act, choosing position size, checking your broker’s price and understanding taxes, leverage, fees and local rules. A Signal can expire, be updated or be withdrawn.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Because customer rules can vary by country and by how a digital membership is classified, contact support if you want to exercise a legal cancellation or consumer remedy.
